About Erin
I'm not a clinic.
I'm not a call center.
I'm not an app.
I'm a licensed Nurse Practitioner in Lubbock, Texas with over a decade of clinical experience. I've worked in family medicine, urgent care, and hormone optimization — and I've seen firsthand how the traditional system fails people who aren't "sick enough" to treat.
I started NP Guided because I got tired of watching patients get dismissed by a healthcare system that only knows how to treat disease — not optimize health.
I work with 25 patients at a time. That's on purpose.

Dr. Bo Neichoy, MD
Dr. Neichoy was born in Beaumont, TX and spent his childhood on the Texas coast in the small town of High Island. After earning his bachelor's degree in biomedical science from Texas A&M University in 2003, he moved to Houston to begin medical school at the University of Texas.
Following graduation from medical school in 2007, Dr. Neichoy moved to Gainesville, Florida where he began his general surgery training. The University of Florida provided Dr. Neichoy with extensive training in advanced laparoscopic and minimally invasive techniques including all components of weight loss surgery.
After completing his surgical residency in Florida, Dr. Neichoy and his wife moved back to Texas to be closer to family and friends.
His enthusiasm for medicine and helping patients achieve a healthy lifestyle is a part of his every day practice.
